Everything is energy — in nature, around us, and within us. When we go through stress, fear, or emotional tension, we can feel out of balance. This can show up as anxiety, tiredness, restlessness, or simply feeling like something is “off.”

Reiki is a gentle practice that works with universal life force energy to support balance and relaxation in the body and mind. Each session is different, and reiki energy intuitively focuses on what feels most needed in the moment. Reiki can also be sent from a distance, similar to a focused prayer held with loving intention.

Singing bowl sound healing uses sound and vibration to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring a sense of balance to the body. The sounds and vibrations can help you slow down, let go of tension, and settle into a deeper state of peace.

Both practices are gentle and deeply relaxing. Sometimes emotions may come up or be released during a session, but everyone experiences it differently.

To get the most from your session, avoid alcohol and other substances even a day beforehand.

During Reiki, I am simply the channel. You don't have to do anything — you can just relax and allow the experience to unfold.

I find that the singing bowls strengthen reiki and also the vibration effects the chakras and cells in a totally different way than reiki alone.

I can send distant reiki to you or another person, pets, places, to studies or job interviews. To find resolvement, to give support, to clear the air. The outcome is up to the universe, but in my experience reiki clears the path for many situations and helps face difficult situations.
