About the event
This evening is a guided meditation with the assistance of Reiki.
We focus on healing on opening up the heart area. In the beginning we will do gentle movements.
Dress warmly and comfortably as you will be laying on the floor. No need to bring a yoga mat, cushion or blanket - as they are provided.
