About the event
We will meet at 13:00 noon at the Kiilopää Fell Center entrance.
The intention of the day is simple: to be present in nature, to slow down, to listen, to breathe with the forest, and to experience nature healing and connection. We will do different excercises, feel, sense, touch, taste. And have conversations to ponder and reflect. At the end we will enjoy tea and snacks by the campfire.

What to bring: water bottle, extra snacks if you feel super hungry, wear weather weather appropriate and warm clothing as we will be laying on the ground and will have some longer moments in stillness.

This tour is weather dependent - and on a very rainy day the tour will be cancelled.
Minimum participant requirement: The tour will be offered if there is minimum 3 participants.
