About the event
As the light extends in our days - it also extends in our minds and hearts. The theme is to open up our hearts to the light within - but you can come for whatever reason. We will do some breathing excercises before we begin and gentle movements.
Bring your mattress, pillow and blanket. Wear warm clothes as we are laying on the floor. The facilities have a fireplace which we are allowed to use - a fire crackling in the background will make a cozy and warm atmosphere.
Duration is anywhere between 1-2h . Welcome all who are interested - this evening is suitable for all ages.
The facilities fit approx. 8 persons only.
