Mindful Forest trip to Taimenjärvi lake

We will meet at 12:00 noon at the Euronics parking lot in Ivalo, and from there we will carpool approximately 20 km to the starting point of the Kurupää hiking trail.

The trail begins from the Raja-Jooseppi road and the length of the trail is about 1.5 km one way. We will walk slowly along a small stream, pausing along the way to listen to the water, the forest, and the subtle sounds of nature through simple presence practices.

When we arrive at Taimenjärvi, we will find a peaceful place to settle and lay out our mats. There, I will guide a relaxation with singing bowls, followed by gentle Reiki practices, which we will do together to the surrounding forest through meditation and intention.

You are invited to bring your own picnic snacks, a mat or blanket to lie on, and clothing suitable for the weather. If you wish, you are welcome to swim in the lake. Tea is included in the price.

Please note that we will not climb Kurupää on this journey. If you are planning that separately, you are welcome to join us and come with your own car.

The intention of the day is simple: to be present in nature, to slow down, to listen, to breathe with the forest, and to experience nature healing and connection.
