Heart meditation evening in Ivalo

Sydänmeditaatioilta pidetään Mielen Sopusoinnun tilassa, Ivalossa osoitteessa Petsamontie 4. Eri harjoitusten kautta käännymme sisäänpäin ja keskitymme sydämeemme. Lähetämme energiaa myös eri kohteisiin. Meditaation ja harjoitusten kautta pyrimme tekemään tilaa rakkauden energialle, sekä itsellemme että ympäristöllemme. Heart & Mette meditation evening is a moment dedicated for ourselves, but also others. Through different excercises we will turn within, focus on our hearts, focus on self-love, but also love energy itself. Each participant will bring their own energies and intentions so we will work with those during the evening.
