This tour isn’t just a walk in the woods; it’s a full-on nature healing session for the beautifully unhinged. No experience needed, just a willingness to embrace your wild side.

Connect with nature through observing, listening, touching and tasting. Connect through grounding and reiki energies. And relax in nature to the sound of singing bowls.

 

​On this tour we will be

• Learning about nature´s healing qualities

• Opening your heart to nature´s energies with the help of reiki

• Tree breathing

• Relaxing with singing bowls 

• And perhaps other excercises according to how time flies

Tour details can change a bit according to weather and group size. A little rain or wind is ok, but in very bad weather the tour will be cancelled.​

Tea and a light snack is included.
